“The opportunity to be a part of NEXT Manufacturing was a great fit for us. With our background in manufacturing and real estate development, we were able to revitalize an abandoned building in the growing West Greenville area while also filling a need in the community. As a tenant ourselves, we are now able to grow our business in a collaborative environment where we can share ideas, resources, and experiences from not just one entity, but several others that share a common background and goal.
